Cindy Ross, CVPM

Practice Manager

My career with Kachina Animal Hospital began in 1995 as a receptionist and moved up in the company to my current position as the Practice Manager. My husband Sean and I currently have three dogs; two Pit Bulls Bobo and Jax, and a mixed breed I rescued named Bailey (they are our furry children). I have three children who are now adults (one being Brittney Satko one of our CSR's) and three grandchildren. When I'm not working or studying, I'm usually spending my time off with my husband and our dogs, or babysitting my grandchildren. I am vegan and enjoy cooking organic plant-based meals. I also practice basic yoga and meditation. The sweetheart I am pictured with is Taz. She has spent much time here at Kachina Animal Hospital and we've grown very attached to one another. Right Tazie?

Hi, my name is Jen. I grew up in Barrington, Illinois, in the suburbs of Chicago. Horses were my childhood passion and I spent most of my time riding and working with polo ponies. After high school I moved out west to attend college in Colorado and Arizona. I have been working in the veterinary field since 2002, beginning as a receptionist at a small animal clinic in Tucson to an office manager at an animal hospital in Tempe. After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, I moved up to the Prescott area to enjoy the cooler weather and all the outdoor adventures it has to offer. At home I have a sweet, 14 year old Border Collie mix named Kaya & a feisty 1 year old Terrier named Fenway. In my free time, I love camping, hiking, road trips & gardening.

I have lived in Arizona my entire life. I am married and have three beautiful children, Sara, Jason, and JJ. On my time off, my husband Josh and I enjoy spending quality family time with our children and our Standard Poodle, Annabelle and German Shepherd Renegade. I am also a cat lover and have four indoor cats; Orion, Abbey, Majesty, and Zeek. I'm currently a Client Service Representative at Kachina Animal Hospital (but have been a Veterinary Assistant) and have been part of the team since 2012. I have been in the veterinary field for 9 years. I hope to take classes in the future to further my education.

Hello there! I am a Prescott Native, born & raised. I have seen many changes in the area over the last 30++ years (wink, wink) but it is still my favorite place to be and I'm proud to call it home. I started in the veterinary field directly out of high school in '93. My first job was as a kennel attendant, moved to reception, tech'd for a short time, then went to management. My passion is animals - with 4 dogs, 8 cats, 3 guinea pigs, 2 chinchillas and fish of my own - but I have learned that the front office is the place for me. I cherish the relationships built with the animals, but also with their families! I am the proud mom of 3 beautiful, amazing girls & usually an extra 1...or...2. We love the outdoors. During the summer you will find us at the pool, creek, lake or in the sprinkles. When its colder out we read, geocache, catch up on "our shows" and sleep in. I am new to KAH but I am honored to be part of this spectacular team! Come on in & say hi!

I was born in New York and moved to Arizona when I was 12. I have always had a passion for animals. I was a Technician for 10 years but now I'm happy being a Receptionist. I have a beautiful Son, 4 cats, and 2 dogs. I enjoy spending my time with my family and being outdoors. "Life is too short to live it indoors all the time".

I am a native to Prescott and have been blessed with 2 wonderful kids Collin-21 and Keirsten-16 and a beautiful granddaughter Kaylie-18 mo. I am proud to say my son is studying to receive his veterinary associates degree. My compassion for animals led me to the veterinary field. I first started in 1995 and have expanded my experience in all fields. I currently have 5 dogs, lots of fish and 1 snake. I am going to continue to care for animals for many years to come. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family.
