Anesthesia & Surgery
We perform routine spay / neuter procedures, dental cleanings, oral surgery, soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We take every measure to make anesthesia as safe as possible for your pet. An IV catheter is placed and fluids are administered with every anesthetic procedure. We use sevoflurane inhalant anesthesia, the safest anesthetic available. And we are able to perform in-house pre-anesthetic blood work the same day as your pets procedure. Our patients are monitored with an ECG, pulse-oximeter, temperature gauge, heart rate monitor, and blood pressure monitor during the anesthetic procedure. More Information.
We have a fully stocked pharmacy on our premises, so that your pet can go home with the recommended prescriptions the same day. This includes a full line of prescription diets. Our veterinarians are able to provide written prescriptions for outside pharmacies at your request. More Information.
We are able to take diagnostic radiographs while you wait. Our new digital technology enables us to be more accurate and faster. CD's of x-rays are available for purchase, and your pets radiographs may be sent via e-mail to you or to a veterinary specialist for consultation when needed. More Information.
Our in-house laboratory equipment allows us to perform rapid analysis of samples while you wait. This is especially helpful in an emergency situation.
Companion Laser Therapy
Laser therapy provides a non-invasive, pain-free, surgery-free, drug-free treatment which is used to treat a variety of conditions and can be performed in conjunction with existing treatment protocols. More information.

A microchip implant is an identifying integrated circuit placed under the skin of an animal. The chip, about the size of a large grain of rice. We use Save This Life brand of microchips which uses an innovative technology that has revolutionized the pet recovery process. The leaders of Save This Life are former rescuers who have developed a superior method of helping lost pets find their way home safely. They created Save This Life as a response to their frustration and disappointment in traditional microchip companies’ pet recovery systems. More information.
