DawnCVTCertified Veterinary Technician - Supervisor
My husband Tim and I moved to Arizona from Illinois in 1994 to enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather. I worked as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital in Illinois and as a receptionist at an animal hospital in Prescott shortly after moving to Arizona. I joined the Kachina Animal Hospital team in December of 2011 and enjoy working with the different patients and their owners that we see everyday. I have been in the veterinary field for over 20 years and have been a certified veterinary technician since 2000. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, especially riding my horse on the trails around my home. My husband and I have many “kids” including horses, dogs, cats, geese, ducks, chickens, and an ornamental turkey.

SativaVeterinary Technician Assistant
Hey there! I’m Sativa! I’ve been a part of the Kachina family since March 2016 . It has definitely been a long journey but I couldn’t ask for a better team by my side. I’ve always wanted to be a part of the animal field and Kachina has made it such a great experience jumping into this world. I’ve worked hard and have moved from an animal caregiver position to now a veterinary assistant. When I’m not at Kachina you can more so find me at home with my old man Lance who is a 9 yr old Rottweiler mix and his best friend Lily who is a year and a half old blue heeler. As well as some giant fish tanks, and a few tarantulas. Oh ya, and a boyfriend somewhere in this mix. I’m a huge family girl. They mean everything to mean. We are one of those close families that are constantly together or talking every day in some way. I love it! I wouldn’t change that for the world. I’m always one to throw out the positive vibes. You’ll usually never see without a smile and flashing a peace sign.

NickVeterinary Technician Assistant
What's up! My name's Nicholas. Ever since I was a little kid I have had a connection with animals and knew it was my destiny to work with them. I was always the one hanging out with the animals instead of other kids at birthday parties. I can't wait to meet you and your furry companion!

AddisonVeterinary Technician Assistant/Client Service Representative
Hello, I am Addison. I joined the Kachina team in June 2023 after moving to PV from Washington state where I worked as a Veterinary Assistant. My husband and I have 6 'fur' babies. A one-eyed geriatric Tabby, a senior Maine Coon mix, my Mastiff, German Shepherd and a Pitty. They all make by house a home. When you come to Kachina Animal Hospital we treat your pets like family regardless of age, breed or temperament. So come on down for love, help and belly rubs for all.
